Why a subscription
What you are paying for.
A general chatbot can answer a question. Prism does something narrower and harder: it understands the specific thing in front of you, explains it at your level, checks that you can explain it back, and helps it stick over time. That takes real models and careful design, which a subscription lets us build well and keep ad-free.

How does the free trial work?
You get 10 days of full access. We will remind you before it ends. If you cancel before day 10, you are not charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account, and you can cancel in a couple of taps. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
What is your refund policy?
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their store policies, so refund requests go through them. See our Terms of Use for details.
Which devices is Prism on?
iPhone and Android. We are launching iOS first, with Android close behind. Join the waitlist and tell us your device so we notify you at the right time.
Will the price change?
The prices shown here are our launch pricing. If we ever change them, anyone already subscribed keeps their plan unless they cancel, and we will give clear notice.
Do you have plans for schools or teams?
Yes. Our Education and Enterprise plans add things like an admin dashboard, roster and single sign-on setup, stronger privacy controls, and private deployment. Pricing is tailored to your size, so get in touch and we will put together a quote.
