Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This policy explains how the Prism marketing website uses cookies and similar technologies. The short version: we set no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them in our cookie banner. Until then, the only thing we store is your cookie choice itself. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. This policy covers the website only, not the Prism app, which does not use cookies. The website is operated by Tundra Gateway Management Ltd.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between page loads and visits, such as a setting you chose. Some are set by the site you are visiting (first-party), and some are set by third-party tools the site loads, such as analytics or advertising services. We also use related browser storage, like local storage, which works similarly but keeps data in your browser rather than sending it back to a server. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
2. How Prism uses cookies
We use cookies for two purposes:
- To remember your cookie choice. When you accept or decline in the banner, we store that decision so we do not ask you again on every page. This is necessary for the site to respect your preference and does not track you.
- To understand site usage and measure our ads, only with your consent. If you accept in the banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (to understand how the site is used) and the Meta Pixel (to measure and optimize our advertising).
We do not set any analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them in the banner. These tools load only after you accept. If you decline, or if you have not yet made a choice, they do not load and they set no cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
3. Categories and the cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories. The table below lists the specific cookies in each.
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work and to honor your choices. These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function correctly without them. They do not track you.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These load only after you accept.
Advertising and measurement
Help us measure and optimize our advertising. These load only after you accept.
| Name | Category | Provider | Purpose | Storage and duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
prism.cookieConsent.v1 |
Strictly necessary | Prism (first-party) | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again. No tracking. | Browser local storage. Persists until you clear it or change your choice. |
_ga, _ga_* |
Analytics | Google (Google Analytics 4), [link] | Understand site usage. | Cookie. Roughly up to 2 years. |
_fbp |
Advertising and measurement | Meta (Meta Pixel), [link] | Measure and optimize our ads. | Cookie. Roughly up to 3 months. |
Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel are third-party tools. When loaded, they process data under their own terms. You can read more in Google's privacy and cookie information (see policies.google.com/technologies/cookies) and Meta's cookie and privacy information (see facebook.com/policy/cookies). Cookie names and durations set by these third parties can change; the values above are typical at the time of writing.
4. Managing cookies
You have several ways to control cookies on this site:
- The cookie banner. When you first visit, the banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in those categories loads until you accept.
- The "Cookie settings" link. The link in the footer (it uses
data-cookie-settings) reopens your choices at any time, so you can change or withdraw consent. - Your browser. Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work. Clearing site data will also remove your stored cookie choice, so the banner will appear again.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it and treat it as a request to decline analytics and advertising cookies and to opt out of any sharing for advertising.
5. Consent and changes
For analytics and advertising cookies, we rely on your consent, which you give in the banner and can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings". Withdrawing consent does not affect data already collected while consent was active, but it stops further loading of those tools. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent because the site needs it to function and to record your choice.
We may update this policy as our site or the tools we use change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we may also highlight them on the site. Please review this page from time to time.
